Mrs. Rosa Zelaya-Thompson has been teaching for over 20 years, at College level and currently at Elementary level, focusing on mathematics and science. She has a Bs in Industrial Engineering from the National University of Honduras and an MSc in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University. She has been a representative on the Higher Education Council of her native country. Her experience includes designing undergraduate academic programs and educational materials and coordinating the professional practices program at Zamorano University. That gives her the ability to help students to connect their learnings with real-life examples. She is able to teach and translate in Spanish-English languages.
My highest purpose is to help students to reach their potential in any subject they are learning. To do so, I adapt my tutoring strategies and materials to fulfill their needs. I am successful when my students succeed.
